With our multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, exercise physiologists, and medical technologists, we are here to assist with implementing an individualised and sustainable healthcare plan that includes targeted dietary modifications and particular exercise routines. If chronic health issues are discovered, they can be addressed by doctors in AH or managed with primary care physicians. This clinical research aims to prevent ageing-related conditions, and extend the healthspan.

Please note that the Healthy Longevity Research Clinic services are only available through the Health Enhancing Active Living (HEAL) research study at the moment.

What Is The HEAL Study About?

The HEAL study focuses on personalised preventative care, aiming to provide a comprehensive and personalised care plan under one roof to enhance health span and optimise healthy ageing. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and improve the healthy longevity research programme in a public hospital. The HEAL study is a 1-year study with a minimum of 3 physical visits (see image below). Your first appointment will be a comprehensive assessment of your current health and well-being. We will gather information about your medical history, lifestyle habits, and goals. We will also conduct a physical exam and order any necessary tests. After your initial assessment, we will develop a personalised care plan (PCP) that is tailored to your individual needs. Development of the PCP is based on longevity medicine science, emphasising greatly on physical activity and dietary modifications. Assessments will be repeated between 6 to 12 months to evaluate your progress. At the end of your 12-month program, we will conduct a follow-up evaluation to assess your progress. We will also discuss your future plans and options, where we can help you develop a self-motivated regime to ensure that you continue to live a healthy lifestyle.
