With our multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, exercise physiologists, and medical technologists, we are here to assist with implementing an individualised and sustainable healthcare plan that includes targeted dietary modifications and particular exercise routines. If chronic health issues are discovered, they can be addressed by doctors in AH or managed with primary care physicians. This clinical research aims to prevent ageing-related conditions, and extend the healthspan.

Eligibility

The Healthy Longevity Research Clinic is open to individuals who are:

a) Above 35 years old with no chronic diseases OR

b) Individuals between age 35 to 70 years with stable chronic disease(s) without a recent hospitalisation related to the chronic disease in the past 1 year, or significant change in medication in the last 3 months.
