The Well Programme focuses on preventive care for both the public and employees, helping people to Be Better. The goal is to help you prevent disease, maintain or improve your current health state and wellbeing. This will be done through our various tailored programmes and screening services.
Our professional multi-disciplinary team, including health coaching and virtual health support, will work closely with your physician to enable you to achieve your health goals. We focus on physical activity, nutrition, and sustainability.
With AH's integrated model, you will be under one doctor, and one care team. Our team will help you manage various issues, with the support of various in-house specialists where needed. This reduces the need for unnecessary referrals from abnormal results.
This allows us to simplify your appointments and address all your concerns in one place.
Our services meet the needs of specific populations to provide more specialised care, which may be overlooked during general health screenings.
This Clinic caters to women approaching, going through or who have recently gone through menopause. This integrated clinic is a collaborative effort between our cardiologist, gynecologist, endocrinologist, and family physician.
While the average age of menopause is around 51 years, symptoms such as palpitations, chest discomfort and vaginal dryness can start before and last more than a decade after menopause. These hormonal changes affect more than just the reproductive organs. It may affect our bones, blood vessels, metabolic risk factors, sleep and wellbeing.
Thus, we provide personalised screenings to detect and manage your cardiovascular risk factors, bone health, and menopausal symptoms. Women between 45-65 years of age who are concerned about their risk factors or symptoms can visit our clinic for checkups. Our specialists will provide a comprehensive health plan for you. We also provide health coaching to help patients cope with symptoms and build a healthy lifestyle.

Health screening is essential for the maintenance of our body and health. Early detection of underlying health conditions through regular health screening helps to lower the risks of serious complications. It will make a major impact on the effectiveness and cost of treatment later on.
The type of health screening to undergo depends on various factors. These include age, gender, current health conditions, family medical history and the date of your last health screening.
If you have any other health concerns, please speak with your doctors about additional tests based on your risk factors.
At our Well Clinic, our dedicated team of healthcare professionals will help you better understand your health conditions.
